grab drag scroll any window page shell extension

there used to be an app long time that I had that allowed the user to middle click and drag to scroll any page on any window in windows xp. I'm hoping someone out there will know the name of it. I could really use it on a low resolution display instead of having to the right just to scroll the slider i could just middle click to scroll.

this should definitely belong on shellcity so i don't have to go to google to find it next time, just my opinion.

i think this function (among MANY others) is included with most mouse software these days. If you got something other than the generic 3 button scroller or whatever.

BTW: Logitech VX revolution wireless is pretty cool.. just the usb part needs to be smaller is the only real drawback.

MouseImp doesn't seem to be freeware, at least the binaries don't

"Please feel free to download and use MouseImp Pro Live! source code. The source lacks MouseImp Pro’s copy protection and some other trialware/evaluation stuff from the commercial version."

Actually they have gone "Open Source" with the code...hence the removal of the copyright....etc.

So are the binaries free? Open source doesn't mean free

Only thing is, most Windows users - most Shell City denizens - don't have a clue about, probably never heard of, compiling their own binaries....
