Geostats - Best free geolocation database out there

At least it's the best one that I have come across anyway. Unlike one of the more popular ones that I tried, this doesn't just tell you the country but also the city.

Currently it can only tell you the city that you are in. However if it didn't get the city right then please correct it on the site. This is an opensource project after all and is still in beta, so it needs all the help it can get.

Your IP is changing every time you make a request? Are you with AOL? Or do you have a program that routes you requests through a different proxy every time?
