Seems to me I remember some Japanese application that used to effect this in a similar fashion. That was in the 98SE heyday.

I have Winscroll to Bob...on a floppy somewhere around here...not the one I'm thinking about though there was another. That I seem to remember. On another note.... What was that jap app that you could drag your windows and turn them on their sides and stack them...with the titles visible on the edge.
